"I recently purchased my second Harley from this dealership. I bought my first Softailback when it was South Coast Harley, at the old location. I had a ton of work done on it by the service department and the bike turned out great. I recently bought a 2008 FLHX. Manny was my salesman on the first bike, and I came back to him for the second one. He had some assistance from Chris, and they put together a sweet deal on a bad-ass bike. I am in the process of pimping this bike out, just like I did the softail. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and staff. They rock. I wil not buy any bikes in the future from anyplace else."

"During our recent trip through Southern California, with a short hop into Mexico, we experienced some bike damage that Sweetwater HD was quickly, and effeciently, able to repair and get us back on the road. Within 1 day, they were quick to identify the parts required, fit us into their already busy shop, and make the necessary repairs. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, especially at the parts desk and Leah at the service desk was our champion. She should be commended. "Just bought a Softail Deluxe from Sweetwater. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt welcomed. Wayne greeted me and showed me some bikes. He asked me what I was looking for (model, color, etc..) and got the bike. Other San Diego dealers seemed to try to steer me in the direction they wanted or had on the showroom floor at that moment. Not Wayne. He listened to me and followed through with the sale! Great guy.Thanks. Pete, in the Parts Dept., was also very efficient in ordering some Vance and Hines pipes. Desiree was also very friendly and knowledgable about helmets and glasses. Years ago service was king in business. Unfortunately some businesses have forgotten this philosophy. "I bought a FXDWG 2007, and the sales rep was great, he is very knowlegable about the 2007 bikes. I always wanted a FXDWG and they had the right color. It was not a very hard sell. I am very happy with the 2007 FXDWG, 96 cubic inch, 6 speed. It has allot of power when needed.
Mike, who works in Parts, is alot of help to customize my
H-D. He has the part numbers at his fingertips, to make ordering parts that much easier.

Basically, these dealers employed high pressure sales people which I hate.
